All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation

Refunds

• Within 14 days: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal
• After 14 days: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Annual plans: Pro-rata refunds may be available for annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via the contact form ([email protected]) with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in cases of Terms of Service violations or account abuse.
